Check Your IAS Prelims Score Online – Even If You Didn’t Clear

After revealing the cut-off marks for Prelims and Mains, UPSC has now disclosed the Prelims 2013 marks of all candidates whether they cleared Pre or not. If you appeared for Prelims 2013, this is immensely useful to you since now you know exactly how you scored in Paper 1 and 2. Also if you did not clear the Pre, you know by how many marks you fell short of your target.

Go to UPSC site and simply enter you 2013 Prelims roll number and your date of birth. You will know your exact marks in Paper 1 and Paper 2. Then compare your score with the cut-off score mentioned in this post. You will know exactly you fared vis-a-vis your expectations. This is a welcome move by UPSC to bring in transparency in the civil services examination process. Also this will help IAS aspirants to better prepare knowing the minimum qualifying score and also their score in the previous attempts.

    I want to clarify the doubt regarding my Non-Creamy Layer Eligibility. Actually i am currently working in the IT sector as an employee with recently revised salary of Rs.10/- lakhs per annum ( till Sep 2017 – it was Rs.7/- lakhs).

    In parallel, i have been preparing for the UPSC Civil Service examination. I am only resource to my family, so i have to manage with my current job to prepare exam and for the financial support of my family. I belong to the Minority BC Community.

    Kindly clarify whether i will come under Non–Creamy Layer or not. It will be very useful for me to apply hereafter. Please do the needful. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
